Fosters Events celebrates a strong end to 2025 with four major contract extensions
Fosters Events, the South West-based catering and hospitality company which manages retail operations at visitor attractions across the UK, is celebrating a landmark year after securing significant contract extensions with four of its flagship commercial partners.
The new deals, which extend into 2025 and beyond, reflect Fosters’ reputation for delivering exceptional food experiences and driving commercial growth for some of the region’s most iconic venues.
At Westonbirt, The National Arboretum, Fosters has secured a two-year extension to its catering contract, continuing a successful partnership that began in 2021. Over the past five years, Fosters has grown sales at the site by 80% and consistently delivered record-breaking daily sales during the peak autumn season.
Aerospace Bristol extended its original five-year deal to seven years after just one year of trading with Fosters. The extension follows the successful rebrand and refurbishment of the venue’s café into the Flightline Kitchen and Bar, which has already achieved a 100% Visit England award and is in the running for Venue Visitor Catering Attraction of the Year. Fosters has also delivered record-breaking event sales at the venue, including two events for over 1,000 guests.
The Bristol Zoo Project has extended its contract with Fosters from three to five years, following a period of strong performance. In the last two years alone, Fosters has helped the venue achieve sales growth of over 60%, supporting its evolution with creative and sustainable catering solutions.
Meanwhile, Bath Rugby has renewed its long-standing partnership with Fosters for another three years, extending a relationship that now spans more than two decades. Fosters has been the club’s exclusive hospitality partner for 22 years, playing a key role in the matchday experience, including during Bath’s recent Premiership-winning season. By the end of this new contract, Fosters will have been Bath Rugby’s exclusive hospitality partner for 25 years.
Becky Pocock, Head of Premium Sales, Events & Experiences at Bath Rugby said “We are proud to have partnered with our hospitality caterer, Fosters Events, for over 20 years. Our relationship works so successfully as its two way; both focussed on delivering delicious food and exceptional service based on our relationships, with people always at the heart of what we do. Our boxholders and suite members have been with us for many years and every match day consistently compliment the dishes and the delivery team.”
Sally Cordwell, CEO of Aerospace Bristol said:
"We’re delighted to extend our partnership with Fosters Events. Their commitment to Aerospace Bristol and our shared vision has enabled us to host bigger and better events, relaunch our café as Flightline Kitchen + Bar, a welcoming and modern destination for both museum visitors and the local community, while exploring exciting new commercial opportunities."
