How we make our website easy to use for everyone, what we know still needs work, and how to tell us if something isn't working for you.

We want everyone to be able to use our website, whatever their device, ability or circumstances. That means making it easy to read, navigate and understand, and continuing to improve it over time.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. These are the internationally recognised standards for making websites accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
We've designed and built the site so that you can:
Zoom in to make text larger, and use the site comfortably on any size of device, from a phone to a large monitor.
Navigate with a keyboard, including opening and closing the mobile menu, which can also be closed with the Escape key.
Use a screen reader, with a clear heading structure on every page and labelled form fields and buttons.
Reduce motion. If you've set your device to reduce motion, our scroll animations and moving content are switched off.
Read clearly, with text and backgrounds chosen from our brand colours to give strong contrast.
We know some parts of the website aren't fully accessible yet, and we're working on them:
Our contact form shows an error message if something goes wrong, but it may not always say exactly which field needs attention. If you have any trouble using it, you can email or call us instead.
Some links take you to other websites, such as LinkedIn and Google Maps, which we don't control and which may not meet the same standards.
