It's been a busy time down in Plymouth for our team at The Box Kitchen & Bar. They recently hosted a sold out Sole-Food dinner event in which Head Chef, Ben Mack curated a menu of delicious fresh seafood dishes, including grilled red mullet, megrim sole meuniere and curried River Fowey mussels.
Following the successful Sole-Food evening Ben also gave a live demonstration at this years Plymouth Seafood and Harbour festival where he cooked up a customer favourite, his seafood Jambalaya, in front of a live audience.
